Interested in being a part of an East Coast Premiere Musical Comedy?
Come and learn about auditioning for the Department of Dramatic Art's newest main stage production premiering this spring "The Milford Project"!
The interest meeting for the production will take place Wednesday, November 30th at 8:30 P.M. in Union room 2518A-B
Last seen at the L.A. Fringe Festival, "The Milford Project" is set in 1937 Iowa, though little attempt at historical accuracy shall be made. MILFORD tells the story of Richie, a thirteen-year-old science prodigy who attracts the attention of the US government with his research into the properties of the atom. Richie is secretly conscripted to construct a superweapon America can use to in the coming war… because no one ever suspects the child. This musical comedy is written by Kevin Oeser and Nick Martin, and is directed by Playmakers actor and professor Scott Ripley.
Come out to learn a little about the show, sign up for and learn what you need to prepare for auditions (which are Dec 5 [7-11] and Dec 6 [6-10]), and learn other ways you can get involved in the production!
